This is how widgets should behave. All other behaviors on Android I’ve seen have been quite poor.

I was about to buy this phone but I heard there have been many peoples reviews saying that they are having a lot of issues receiving texts… are you all having this issued if you have it or have you all heard anything about this issue?

That, and the fact that all those UI elements look IDENTICAL to sense.

NiceTubeAccount: HTC Hero doesn’t have a good came at all. It’s pretty good wen you’re outside, but inside it’s not good at all. That’s a shame cause the came is one of the reasons why I choosed HTC Hero. But otherwise it’s a good phone.

i am getting my Hero soon and will probably go with the SuperHero ROM.

  13. Commentsfreakyafronaut   |  Tuesday, 09 February 2010 at 9:07 am

So . . . in order to get this on an HTC Hero, is it similar to flashing the Rom of a Touch Diamond to get, say . . . MightyROM on it? Obviously the process would be much different, I imagine, but is it the same concept?

everything is constantly improving. all of the problems of the hero are software. even the new build isn’t completely optimized.

Nice review. Which one is better the Nokia N86 8MPix or the HTC Hero? I was reading that the HTC have very good GPS system, is it true? What about new Operational System it is better? What about the quality of pictures with the 5MPix HTC Hero camera? The HTC Hero looks very nice.

Great looking UI, but it’s abit silly that whenever you wanted to turn pages you have to swipe the top panel 1st so that the bottom overlay buttons(the “down”, phone and add) disappears till then you can use that half-circle at the bottom.
Waiting for more great UIs. :D

How about an app for Rosie there that co-ordinates Bus Stop Schedules and Bus Stop Latitude Longitudes WITH cell GPS to offer nearby buses as Taxi! Hail! alternative Green move?

How about Bus Stop GPS alternative via typing in Bus Stop number?

Maps Google Streetview Compass Mode suggests it can be done.
Compass Mode suggests it’s due, maybe overdue.

But it actually does not..head to XDA-developers forum and see with your own eyes how fast, reliable, and battery friendly this rom is, especially the new version.
